Biological Evolution: Unity and Diversity
This fun and interactive kit has five hands on activities that introduce and reinforce unity and diversity. While completing these activities, students will make their own fossils out of Plaster of Paris, explore natural selection and discover what makes a potential mate more attractive than another. Students will also be digging in the sand as they take on the role of prairie dog and try to figure out how to bring water to them instead of them going to the water. This kit will inspire and spark student's interest as they continue down the path of exploration in their science education. This kit contains enough materials for twenty five to thirty students or can be customized for a home schooled student.
