This kit explores all of Earth’s systems in a fun and interactive way. By using hands on activities, students are able to explore the lithosphere, the hydrosphere, the atmosphere, the biosphere and trees. By exploring all of these different layers, students are able to grasp the concept of Earth?s systems and how all systems are interdependent upon each other. To complete the kit, students will be doing a fun and stimulating exercise which turns each student into a “coal detective.” This kit is sure to spark great discussions as students begin to gain a strong understanding of the earth and all of its systems. Matter

This kit explores all aspects of matter starting with the carbon atom. This demonstration is a fun and interactive introduction to carbon and its structure. It is the most prevalent element on earth and students will have fun discovering what it is and how important a role it plays in our world. Next, students are introduced to other forms of matter and must ask themselves somewhere along their journey, “Did a dinosaur drink this water?” Students? minds are stimulated all along the way and finally end the lesson discussing pancakes. What you might ask? Yes, the discussion culminates in a discussion about pancakes: physical changes versus chemical changes. Motion

This kit introduces students to concepts and vocabulary which will “launch” their imaginations into outer space. Earth’s Place in the Universe

This kit presents five activities which help students discover where Earth is in relation to other planets and stars. Students will first watch a video which truly is a journey into outer space and will set the stage for the remaining four activities. Where are we in relation to the stars?
